Explore Illinois’ oldest brewery, Thornton Distilling Co., with a tour of its historic cellar, artifacts, artesian well, and production floor. Enjoy a guided tasting of four handcrafted spirits. 

Tickets are $10 (discounted) and limited. Ticket purchasing will begin October 1st at the SHPL Reference Desk. Payment is CASH ONLY, with no refunds. No library transportation will be provided; please arrive at Thornton Distilling Co. on time. Ages 21+ only. Tours run approximately 45–60 minutes.  Must be 21+ to attend.
