Purpose of Meeting
This meeting will bring together Head Start staff, community partners, and collaborative site representatives to plan for the upcoming program year. The goal is to align efforts, share resources, and establish clear communication and support strategies to best serve children and families across our partner sites.
Discussion topics will include:
Review of successes and challenges from the previous year
Site-specific goals and priorities for the new year
Updates on policies, procedures, and curriculum expectations
Strengthening referral and communication pathways between partners
