La chef Violeta de Violet Velvet Cooking Classes te enseñará a preparar masa desde cero, a suavizar las hojas de maíz, a hacer una salsa verde, y a rellenar y envolver tamales. Green Chicken Tamales
Got the baby in the Rosca? Time to make tamales! Chef Violeta from Violet Velvet Cooking Classes will teach you to prepare masa from scratch, to soften corn husks, to make a green salsa, and to fill and the wrap tamales. Samples provided. All ages are welcome. Registration is required.
