Computers and Printing
Library Access Computers
South Holland residents with valid library cards may use their library card to log into our public computers for a 1-hour session, with a maximum time of 5 hours per day.
There are 12 computers in Adult Services on the main level, 10 computers in Youth Services on the lower level, and 3 computers in the Teem Room on the lower level.
There is also a 10-station computer lab on the main level - this room is only available when a computer class is not in session.
Additionally, there are laptop computers available, primarily for overflow usage when all desktop computers are in use.
1 Laptop computer is available in Adult Services (great for video job interviews!) and 10 Laptop computers are available in Youth Services.
There are 2 Macintosh computers in Adult Services on the main level, and another 2 Macintosh computers in Youth Services on the lower level.
Patrons without library cards may use a walk-up computer for up to 30 minutes per day.
There are 5 walk-up computers in Adult Services on the main level, and 3 walk-up computers in Youth Services on the lower level.
Printing and Copying is available in all computer areas.
The cost to print or copy is 10¢ per page (per side) for Black & White and 25¢ per page (per side) for Color
