Traditional T'ai Chi Ch'uan

Tuesdays, September 3 and 17, at 7 pm in the Community Room.

REGISTRATION REQUIRED.  Please note: if you'd like to attend all four sessions each month, register for both the Tuesday and Thursday classes.

Have you tried T'ai Chi Ch'uan?   The benefits of practicing this art form include improved balance, coordination, self-confidence, posture, and body awareness. We’ve added a variety of times to meet the demand.
