Homebody Workout: Chair Aerobics

Friday, October 23, 10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.

Patrice Ware will help get you in shape as she leads her chair aerobic session via Zoom.  She will also be demonstrating some balance exercises.  Make sure to have water bottles or cans for weights and a broom or cane handy. Registration is required.
